Indian Style


Tried two new dishes.  Sweet Potato Curry and Corn Indian Style.  I grabbed organic Japanese yams which were white inside, but tasted a bit like sweet potato.  I modified both recipes to make use of some organic beets I had picked up at Whole Wallet.  Instead of spinach, I used the beet greens in the sweet potato curry dish. In the corn dish I used the beets.  They both turned out really, really good.
