Dinner

So, I tried an eggplant torta the other day.  Good flavor, but I sliced the eggplant too thickly and so not all of it got cooked all the way through.  Also cooked up some chard with butter, garlic,  red onion and of course crushed red pepper flakes.  The chard turned out really good according to the wife, so that I will do again.
